According to a Taylor Swift update on Twitter, the music icon has been working on her next album with Swedish conductor Erik Arvinder, who has collaborated with Avicii, Childish Gambino, John Legend, and Lady Gaga, among others.
According to Arvinder's profile on theLos Angeles Chamber Orchestrawebsite, the 41-year-old is a violinist, multi-instrumentalist, arranger, orchestrator, and conductor. He began his career playing violin, and from 2008 to 2012 was a member of the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra. Arvinder toured with Childish Gambino from 2011 to 2013; one year later, he toured with John Legend.
It's still too early to say when Swift's next album will be released. According to a December 2024 article in USA Today, some fans have speculated that Miss Americana is going to put out a film project in the coming years. "Fans spotted a surprising amount of cameras including flyover rigs and a cinematic crane or jib sectioned off on the floor," the outlet wrote.
On April 9, Swift surprised fans with an unexpected treat: the return of her limited edition cardigans. According to Capital FM, Swift has already released the OG folklore cardigan for $49-- identical to the one that she wore in the music video. She has also released the Folklore cardigan 2.0, the grey/green holiday cardigan, the beige/red Folklore holiday cardigan, the Taylor's version cardigan, and the 1989 cardigan.
Swift announced the fashion drop on social media with a post that read, "A million little stars are spelling out your name, calling you to c’mon and get the #FearlessCardigan in honor of the fourth anniversary of Fearless (Taylor’s Version). Available for 72 hours or while limited supplies last at http://store.taylorswift.com."
